Cancellation and refunds

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time by you, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made to a monthly membership, other than where required by New Zealand law. Please contact us to discuss cancelling annual membership that has already been paid. Whereby a refund is agreed by Us, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
